Shipping Policy

UK shipping generally takes 2-3 days.

Worldwide shipping generally takes 5-7 days based on your location and order time. We ship worldwide from our London based warehouse and you will receive a tracking number within 48 hours of ordering. Please note, Golden Trove is not liable nor can take responsibility of customs and import fees of your residence. These fees are the sole responsibility of you and your local law(s).

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Production time: Order verification, production, quality check, re-sizing (if required) and packaging. 

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment warehouse to the destination. Once an order leaves our warehouse, standard shipping generally takes 1-5 business days via DHL express.
