An 18ct gold Victorian ring, with one central oval opal, surrounded by a halo of ten rose cut diamonds and two further rose cut diamonds on the shoulders.
The rare rose cut diamonds, have a very beautiful sparkle that really draws the eye in, and the opal is colourful, glowing shades of yellow, green and orange.
The ring has full and crisp hallmarks for makers mark, 18ct gold, Birmingham, 1892.
